We established SM (Squires Mews) Land Buyers as a way to help landowners sell their land, commercial property or brownfield site SIMPLY.
Many of the sites we purchase are vacant, disrepair or without planning permission, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. However, we are interested in all types of sites; rural or urban land, commercial, residential and brownfield just to name a few… we will make an offer on almost any lot, helping you to get the funds you need for other investments or personal plans.
SM Land Buyers, part of the Property Result Group, are national buyers with offices in the West Midlands and the North East. That means we are perfectly placed to purchase sites throughout England. So even if you have land on the south coast of Brighton or in the northern city of Northumberland we can help.
Meet Our Team
MEET RICHARD
Richard is one of the founders of SM Land Buyers and has over 35 years experience in property, working with hundreds of sellers each and every year to help them find the best property solution.
Richard was also a key member of the Wear Valley Council Planning Committee, has previously the Chairman of a regeneration committee who approved the major eco-village for the former Blue Circle site in Weardale. Richard has also been involved in more than 1,500 planning applications as well as being actively involved in the planning application decisions for a number of the major developers such as Perssimon, Barrat Homes and Taylor Wimpey.
MEET DWAYNE
Dwayne is also one of the founders of SM Land Buyers and has been in property for near enough a decade, since first investing in property whilst studying at Durham University.
Dwayne plays a key role in the sites we acquire, leading the analysis and due diligence. With Dwayne’s corporate and financial background, Dwayne assesses all the sites we acquire to make sure all the numbers work out and will typically be the one communicating with you on all the options and what offer we can make.
Dwayne also has a corporate background in project management and so uses these skills to oversee the properties and sites we acquire and develop.
MEET JO
Jo will be our Conveyancing Coordinator who will make sure that we get a swift completion of the complex legal process efficiently.
MEET DAVID
David’s immense skills are an asset to our company in helping to communicate, coordinate and manage an array of project-related tasks as our Project Manager.
MEET KAREN
SM Land Buyer’s Marketing Manager. Her creativity helps our company in communicating the right message to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
MEET LOUISE
Louise is our property manager, she makes sure our clients get the best experience possible when staying in one of our accommodation. Her excellence in customer service and exceptional communication skills go hand in hand.
